CCMF & ACL Present: The Ultimate Cornhole Tournament!

Get ready to toss, score, and win! The Carolina Country Music Fest (CCMF) has teamed up with the American Cornhole League (ACL) to bring you an epic cornhole experience right in the heart of the festival. Whether you are a seasoned pro or just looking for some afternoon fun before your favorite artists hit the stage, this is your chance to shine. Gather your friends, grab a drink, and step up to the boards. Let the games begin!

HOW TO REGISTER FOR A CCMF TOURNAMENT

Sign up for a free ACL account on our ACL Player App at https://app.iplayacl.com/join. Be sure to input your correct phone number that you can receive text messages on as this will be the primary method for notifying participants during the event.
Find a partner and make sure that they also have an ACL account. Don't worry if you do not have a partner. We can find you one the day of the event.
On the day of the event, go into the ACL Player App and tap on Search Tournaments. A list of CCMF events will appear. Find one and tap on the Hold My Spot button to secure your spot. Do not worry if one is full. The tournament team will open additional events frequently throughout the day.
Important note: Please make sure you are ON SITE before holding your spot. Once 8 teams have signed up the tournament team will start the tournament and open a new tournament for registration.

Gates Open: 1:00 PM daily
Tournament Hours: 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM daily
Note: All equipment will be cleared by 4:30 PM each day to make way for the performing acts.

ENTRY FEES

This is a 100% FREE event for all festival attendees! Play as often as you like and keep the fun going.

EQUIPMENT & FESTIVAL POLICIES

Equipment: Just bring yourself! All boards and bags will be provided by the tournament hosts. No outside equipment is permitted.
Bag Policy: Please remember that CCMF strictly enforces a clear bag policy for festival entry.
Food & Drinks: No outside food, drinks, or coolers are allowed inside the festival grounds.

THE "TURBO TOURNAMENT" FORMAT

We will be running a fast-paced Turbo Tournament format with cumulative rankings, calculated automatically using the official ACL software. The teams with the highest cumulative scores from their top three (3) finishes each day will win awesome prizes, and the absolute top teams will advance to the final championship event on Sunday!

How the Turbo Format Works:

Teaming Up: Bring your own partner, or show up solo and we will match you with another single player.
Continuous Play: Multiple single-elimination tournaments will run back-to-back throughout the afternoon.
Bracket Size: Each mini-tournament consists of 8 teams (or 16 players).
Match Rules: Games consist of first to 21 points (you do not need to land on 21 exactly to win).
Signing Up: Register for individual tournaments using The Cornhole App. Once 8 teams lock in, that bracket begins, and a new sign-up instantly opens.
Rule of Thumb: Please only play in one live tournament at a time. Once you finish or are eliminated, you are free to sign up for the next open bracket!

TOURNAMENT NOTIFICATIONS & THE APP

This ACL web app is your golden ticket to the tournament! It allows you to register for brackets and sends you live match notifications, including:

When your tournament is about to start
Your specific court assignment
Who your opponent is
Official match results once your game concludes

SCORING SYSTEM

Each court is equipped with a digital scoring device linked directly to our tournament software. Once your game is final, simply tap SUBMIT, verify the score with your opponents, and tap SAVE.

Casual Play: Not looking to compete? No problem! We will have select boards available for open play so you can toss a few bags just for fun.
