The schedule is subject to change.

• Registration will be ACL Digital Wallet ONLY.  Cash will NOT be accepted for event registration. 
• The Open is limited to 512 amateur players, unless otherwise stated. NO Refunds will be given once online registration closes (two days prior to event start date). Players will not be allowed to transfer their registration to another player.

• An AMATEUR player is any player who has not signed a contract with the ACL. 

• ACL Regional points will be awarded for Amateur Singles and Doubles going towards State standings. 
• ACL Local points will be awarded for doubles rounders, blind draws, warm up games, and sit-n-gos.
• Register by using the “Register” link above. Players must have an ACL Player Account to register. Memberships can be purchased through the player portal under "My Account." 
• Make sure the information in your player profile is correct, especially your cell phone number and email for important information. Please reach out to your Regional Director if any of this information is incorrect and needs to be changed. 
• Activate push notifications before attending the event to receive court assignments and bracket links.

• Early registration for Diamond and Platinum members is available from when the event is posted to four weeks prior to event start. Any remaining spots after Diamond/Platinum Early Bird Registration will open for all members four weeks prior. 
• Online registration for amateurs closes two days before the event. After that, players can sign up in person at the Director's table if spots are available. Walk-up registration ends one hour before the tournament starts, with no registrations accepted in the final hour.
• Online registration for PRO brackets closes the Monday before the event. There is no walk-up registration for any PRO points events other than the Pro Blind Draw. 
• Only one player should register a team for Doubles events, but all players must register for Singles individually.
• P.E.P (Player Engagement Points): Will be awarded using the points table found in the player guide.
• NOTE: The late registration charges and the $10/day cover charge built into registrations will not be added to the payout structure.

PRO Singles:

• Entry Fee: $50
• Closes the Monday prior to the event

Qualifying Players: 

•  All ACL Pro Players
• Elite Players who qualified from Opens #2 and #3
  • Top 14 Elite in Pro/Elite Singles 
  • All qualified players would have received an email

Payouts:

• Guaranteed $20,000 Total

Singles Format:

• 4 Stack Brackets
• Winners of Brackets will play Single Elimination Final Bracket
  • Final 4 will hold for Sunday Broadcast

Pro Doubles:

• Entry Fee: $80
• Closes the Monday prior to the event

Qualifying Players: 

•  All ACL Pro Players
• Elite Players who qualified from Opens #2 and #3
  • Top 7 Elite Doubles Teams in Pro/Elite Doubles
  • All qualified players would have received an email

Payouts:

• Guaranteed $30,000 

Doubles Format:

  • Final 4 will hold for Sunday Broadcast

Pro Womens, Seniors, Junior Singles:

• Entry Fee: $60
• Closes the Monday prior to the event

  • Top 4 Elite Singles Players from W/S/J Singles Events

• Juniors: $1,500 Guarantee

Pro Blind Draw

• Entry Fee: $40

Qualifying Players: 

• Any ACL Pro 
• Any Elite Player Qualified for Pro Singles or Pro Doubles

Format:

• Double-elimination brackets
• If multiple brackets, winners of brackets will play single-elimination final bracket

Blind Draw Payout:

• 80% payout
• One place paid for every six teams

• $120/team - Early Pre-Registration (online registration closes two days prior to event start date)
• $140/team - Walk-up registration, if spots available

Qualifying Players: 

• All Amateur Players (anyone not under contract with ACL)
• Any Elite Players not qualified for Pro Doubles

Doubles Structure: 

• ACL Doubles Rounders is a progressive round robin format:
  • All teams are put in a pool. 
  • Four rounds will be played by each team
  • First-round match-ups will be randomly chosen
  • After each round, players will be matched up against another team with the same or similar record. 
    • EX: 1-0 teams will play 1-0 teams. 3-1 teams will play 3-1 teams, or similar. 
  • After the last round, players will be seeded and teams will be divided into three groups: Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3. 
  • Players will then receive a double-elimination bracket that determines which level they were placed in. 

• Up to 192 Teams
  • Tiers 1, 2, and 3 will be evenly distributed, with allowances for slight variations.
• 193-UP Teams
  • 50% to Tier 1 
  • 25% to Tier 2
  • 25% to Tier 3
    
    

Doubles Payouts: All entries will be combined for a 60% payout. The additional charges will not be added to the payout structure.

Blind Draw Structure: 

All players MUST play in their designated skill level with four Blind Draw divisions offered: 

Tier 1 : Pro/Elite/Advanced

Tier 2: Competitive

Tier 3: Intermediate/Novice

Format:

Blind Draw Entries:

College and High School Doubles

Entry: 

• Entry Fee: $60

Doubles Format:

• Double-elimination Bracket 
• A minimum of three teams must be present in order to run these events
• Winners of each division will get a free team entry into the NCCC or NHSCC, respectively
• For High School Doubles, players on each team must be in grades 6-12 and do not need to be from the same district, but will only receive one championship entry for which all players must be from the same district
• For College Doubles, players on each team must follow eligibility requirements as outlined on the ACL College page, but do not need to be from the same school, but will only receive one championship entry for which all players must be from the same school

BYOCrew - Upper (Pro/Elite/Advanced) & Lower (Competitive/Intermediate/Novice) 

Upper Entry: 14-round games
