New Berlin, WI (June 21, 2024) – Twenty-three year-old Cheyenne Bubenheim is poised to put her
name alongside the likes of Billie Jean King, Kelly Kulick, and the many others who have paved the way
for women in sports, as she competes to be the first woman ever to win a singles title in the American
Cornhole League.
Bubenheim is currently the #1-ranked female player in the ACL, and is ranked #22 overall. On Saturday
in New Berlin, Wi, she will take on three strong male competitors in her bid at history. The Pro National
Singles competition semi-final and final rounds can be seen live on ESPN2 on Saturday, June 22 at 4pm
ET.
Bubenheim is a 3-time Women's Singles World Champion (2021. 2022, 2023) and 3-time Women's
Doubles World Champion (2020, 2022, 2023).
“Cheyenne Bubenheim is one of the greatest and most accomplished athletes in the ACL. This is one of
the best stories in professional sports. Men and women competing on a level playing field distinguishes
the ACL from other professional sports,” said Stacey Moore, Commissioner and Founder of the American
Cornhole League. “Cheyenne is a World Champion player and mom. She fully deserves all the current
and future accolades coming her way.”
